About Me

Meet Your Therapist:
Morgan Marsh, LMFT

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that lasting change happens when we understand the patterns that shape our relationships—with others and with ourselves. Many of the people I work with are high-achieving individuals and couples who look like they’re holding it all together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck beneath the surface. Others come to therapy because they’re struggling in their relationships, caught in the same arguments, navigating a betrayal, or wondering why they continue to feel distant from the people they love most.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. Together, we’ll explore the experiences and relationship patterns that have shaped you, build insight into what’s keeping you stuck, and develop new ways of responding that feel more authentic and connected. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and systemic therapy, always tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals.

Whether you’re seeking individual therapy or couples counseling, my goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely understood, challenged with compassion, and supported as you build healthier relationships and a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

Healing doesn’t happen by becoming someone different—it begins by understanding yourself in a new way. I’d be honored to be part of that journey with you.
